Team Entry:
- Early Bird Entry (payment before Oct 1st 2023) – $650*
- Entry after Sept 30th 2023 – $700
*Note entries will close once the competition in full, these are taken on a first in first serve basis)

We play from 6pm, 6.30pm, 7.00pm, 7.30pm timeslots, please indicate the earliest your team can play and note if you have any other time restrictions.
Playing Ability
Indicate your teams playing ability. 1 = Beginner, 10 = Experts

Please note any team that you clash with, so we can endeavour to make the draws as efficiently as possible for your teams and players. i.e. Teams that you share players with.
